|Rescue Me ID: 15-11-20-00333Keeta (male)|
This boy is quite the charmer. He loves attention and he knows how to make everyone love him. He can be a bit of a handful but at 11 months old, he's still just a puppy. Keeta loves to go for walks and play with toys. He is pretty good with other dogs with proper introduction. Sometimes other dogs think he comes on a little strong but really he just wants a friend. Keeta hasn't had much training and has spent most of his life on a chain............ Well that is over......... He is finally going to get his chance. We are working with walking on leash He is learning not to jump and he does take treats very nicely. He loves children and would sure be tickled to have a family. When he talks we are pretty sure he's saying Wooo Wooo, so he's definitely got some Husky in his cute little self. We are thinking maybe Huskey/Collie. ? Whatever he is, Keeta is beautiful. All he needs is someone to love him and someone to help him be the wonderful boy we know he can be. Keeta is neutered, up on his vaccinations and micro chipped. He is learning about potty training and knows how to use a doggie door. Please call Lorrie 208 339 0130 or email email@example.com. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-11-12-00553Paige (female)|
Foster location: Middleton, ID Paige is a 1 year old Border Collie/Australian Cattle dog mix who is looking for her forever home. Sadly while she has been in a loving home her human mom was no longer physically able to care for her so Fuzzy Pawz Rescue was asked to help. This pretty girl is one smart cookie! She has already been through some training classes and knows how to 'sit' either verbally or by snapping your fingers, she knows 'stay/wait', 'come', 'bed' (go to her crate). She also knows 'up' for getting in the car or onto the bed; 'down' if she tries to jump on you. Paige will also wait until she is invited in the house or outside so she won't bolt in or out when the door is open, this one isn't 100% there yet but close. Paige is not quite house trained yet but by being put on a regular feeding/exercise routine this will happen quickly (her family was not physically able to do this). Paige has been living with other dogs and cats and she doesn't play that great with others. She prefers to keep all other animals in the household herded into one small area (think sheep). If they move to one of the household members she will put her head down and herd them right back where they were. While she has not ever bitten another animal she will nip at heels to get them into the place she thinkgs they should be. We believe that unless Paige goes to a home that is very saavy of herding dog behavior she should go to a home with no other animals. This girl also tends to be a bit jumpy around small noisy children, the garbage truck and surprisingly a weed eater. Her previous owner was working on these things with her by using positive rewards methods which a new owner can/should continue with. Paige was great with her owner but would herd her around if she thought she needed to. She loves to lay on the couch with you and will bark at the tv to protect you from any mean dogs on there. She does like to give kisses and be with you all the time. No kids under 15 please the loud noises and running little feet would be more than she can handle. Paige needs a minute to warm up to people (treats help); she will need an owner that will work on her socialization out in the big wide world. She's up for the challenge and she has the will/desire to be all you want her to be. She loves to play ball and likes to chew on her ball for a few minutes before she will lie it at your feet. Paige also loves Frisbees and likes to shake the Frisbee around before she gives it back. She can also be quite goofy and frequently chases her tail just for the fun of it. She loves carrots, tomatoes, radishes, peaches; apples are my favorite along with other treats. She does have a tummy issue that means she can't eat dog food with fish products. She is a VERY food motivated dog and the sky is the limit with a bit of time and work. A home that will give her daily good exercise by mind and body and someone who will take her on outings will really bring out her all! Paige is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and microchipped. If you can offer her a loving forever, patient, active home, please fill out an application with Fuzzy Pawz Rescue: http://fuzzypawzrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application-2/ she would LOVE to meet you! There is a $40 adoption fee for Paige (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-11-06-00259Harley (male)|
Harley is just one of those kids when you see him, you just have to pick him up and give him a squeeze. He is a rolly polly happy little puppy. He has the cutest personality and is so darn fun. He loves his new best friend Scotty. He just wiggles to get out to play. The two of them run through the field ears flapping and tails wagging. Harley does his very best to keep up with his big buddy and takes a nose dive in the dirt pretty regularly. He's a tough little stinker and just gets right back up for more play time. Harley snuggles just as hard as he plays. He sleeps like a baby, curled up in his nice warm bed, dreaming about all nice things. Our little Harley has a big wish list. ***** A big fenced yard. A nice warm home. A super loving family. A food and water dish that is never empty. ****** Such big dreams for a little man. We are going to make sure they all come true. Harley is about 4 months old. He is a little Healer/Border Collie cross. He has had all his puppy shots and will be neutered when the Doc think he's old enough. Please call Lorrie to find out more about Harley 208 339 0130 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an application. (Less)

Jersey is an 18 month old border collie cross. She is a great girl with plenty of energy to spare. She was adopted and returned because she learned how to scale a 6 foot fence. She never went further than the dogs a couple houses down but she has a need to explore the world and she would love to have a job whether it be a running partner or herding animals. |PIease Read Before Adopting a Border Collie in Idaho|
Border Collie Dogs can make good pets in Idaho if they match your IifestyIe. Border Collies are extremely intelligent, faithful dogs who live to please their masters. Border Collies need lots of attention and praise. They respond to high level obedience training and make excellent Frisbee dogs and farm workers. Border Collies do well in large yards or with acreage and they need a job to do. If a Border Collie becomes bored, he will find his own job to do and it may not be the owner's idea of work. Border Collies do well with older children and other dogs, and some Border Collies can coexist with cats. However, it depends on the dog, and generally Border Collies should not be trusted with non-canine pets.
