Rescue Me ID: 15-04-22-00229Shadow (male)
Shadow is a very loving and sweet dog. We have been his foster parents for a few months but need to find him a forever home. He needs to have a back yard, he does not do well being in apartments. He is friendly, does great on walks, plays fetch, and loves attention. He is around 35 pounds, black with a small white spot on his chest. I can text pictures but not upload them from my phone.

Rescue Me ID: 15-04-03-00465Emma and Baily (female)
Emma was rescued along with her sister from a lady who no longer could care for them, due to health issues and the loss of her husband. The dogs appeared to be fearful by cowering and fearful urinating. I was told that their date of birth was 1/13/2014. Emma and Baily has not been spayed and needs to updated on their shots. Emma is very loving and playful, but is aggressive towards cats, and so far I have seen her aggressive to other dogs ( my daughters dogs) Baily is much more submissive. Baily will chase cats, but appears to just want to look, not harm. I do not have the knowledge to train this kind of energy. I am thinking of keeping Baily, but I will re-home if interested. Bailey is the runt and much smaller and quieter than Emma. Both are very loving cuddlebugs. Emma is definitely the dominate one. It seems they really need a job to do and I do not know how to provide that for them. I do not want to sell these girls....just someone who knows how they tick and love them forever, for free. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-03-01-00373Lava (male)
Our Lava is a sweet male, neutered Border Collie Mix. He has current shots and is very healthy. Lava was rescued from a high kill shelter where he developed a skin issue that scarred and left him with thinning fur which has finally cleared up! He is the most loving, playful baby!! Lava is approximately a year and a half old and weighs approximately forty pounds, he only wants a family to love him forever!!

Border Collie Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. Border Collies are extremely intelligent, faithful dogs who live to please their masters. Border Collies need lots of attention and praise. They respond to high level obedience training and make excellent Frisbee dogs and farm workers. Border Collies do well in large yards or with acreage and they need a job to do. If a Border Collie becomes bored, he will find his own job to do and it may not be the owner's idea of work. Border Collies do well with older children and other dogs, and some Border Collies can coexist with cats. However, it depends on the dog, and generally Border Collies should not be trusted with non-canine pets.
